I'm interested in everyone's opinion of what is the best meat? not size, ease, or simplicity, but FLAVOR!!! What is your favorite flavor of poultry, chicken, quail, duck, goose chuckar etc... What is your fave?

I had some Buff orpingtons that were sent with my hens and had to butcher them because I can't have Roosters in the city. They tasted GREAT!!!!
 
Taste of the meat depends not only on the breed, but also what they eat. If you had 2 BO's, 1 of them fed bagged feed and the other freeranging, there would be a difference in taste, even if you butchered them at the same time. I'm not saying the breed doesn't matter, but what it eats is more of a factor.
 
This is an easy one for flavor alone. The top two are a very close hard choice but Pheasant is just a little better to me. (If rabbit can be included put that at #3)

#2 Quail
#3 Guinea
#4 Muscovy Duck
#5 Geese
#6 Turkey
#7 Chicken

Oh man, that's tough!

I have to say duck. Roasted all day slowly for Christmas dinner. Mmmmm. It always brings such wonderful memories.
