If you used plywood in your coop....

3/4" floor, 1/2" sides.

We used 3/4" for the roof so we could nail the shingles down without nails coming through.

I'd use 3/4 for the floor in most cases, and would not personally use anything less than 1/2" for the walls and roof (my uncle has had a raccoon rip through 3/8" plywood, although I daresay it was not in mint condition at the time). 3/8" for the walls is not bizarrely unreasonable, it's just that I wouldn't do it myself

Good luck, have fun,
