ill chick, need help PLEASE.........

hi all, a chick what ive just hatch yesterday, seems to be ill, heres some pictures, she cant stand, not eating or drinking and theres a red think coming from the bum, shes also making a ticking sound or and its heads always falling down, please help ta...............................
