Poor thing looks to be backed up and is headed toward a prolapsed vent. A warm soak of any kind might help, but I would also feed her little chunks of frozen coconut oil to to lube her up on the inside. Two teaspoons would be good, if she’ll take it. Be careful not to aspirate her if the chunks melylt while administering. You might lubricate her vent with it, too.
I believe chickens can have dulcolax stool softener without stimulant, but am not sure on the details. I forget if it’s @rebrascora or @casportpony who has shared that trick.
Also, I’m not sure how much it will help in this situation if things aren’t moving, but you might want to consider feed and if they have access to grit moving forward. Good luck with her.

Could it be broken egg? One placed said to lube finger take things out…?

Think maybe good idea to let her soak bit longer before u try anything else...soaking will loosen and bring down swelling....like a sitz bath...keep it warm and rest ur hand on her to keep her calm....I used the kitchen sink once and used the hose to direct warm water to the area of concern...for me it was a terrible wound that required irrigation...can u move her to a sink with running water instead?
