ill or sad roo?

My roo Loz is being a bit funny and we're not sure if he is ill or sad. My hen started sitting so was seperated from him half way through her sitting. The chicks are not about a month - 2 months old and she has been back with him for ages. But I have just realsised his tail feathers are limp and he doesn't strut like he used to. He will just sit for hours on his own and has stopped crowing! I checked in his beak and it all looks normal but he's very stiff. Please help and tell me whats wrong

Anyone know why he might be like this
is he ill or because the hen is spending more time with the chicks

Have you checked him for parasites. The problem is of a physical nature not psychological.

My mum heard him crow this morning but it sounded as if his crop was filled with something or stuffed up. Could that happen?? x

PLEASE help
he collapsed earlier today but when we came back he had moved to the corner and was clucking which he hasn't done in ages
don't know if he's getting better or worse:'((
