Illinois-I want to buy show hens when county fairs are over.

I have seen hens for sale at county fairs and would like to purchase one or two this way this year but you usually have to be there on the last day and that is not possible for me this year. If anyone will be selling hens at any county fairs in Illinois please let me know.

I am open to breeds but I think a Polish of some type would be cool to add to my flock or a Black Coper Maran.
