I'm a Backyard Chicken Newbie!

And I am so excited to be here!! I just pruchased all the lumber and needs for a 10 x 20 chicken house and good size run! I am so excited! Thought maybe I could get some input on how many hens I could fit comfortably and how many roosters I should have to the hen ratio. I am going to be purchasing chicks strictly for egg layers if that is a factor! I look forward to your input and being a part of the "community"!
