I'm a bit worried about pasting

So we have six Serama eggs in the incubator and I had this thought, "what do we do if the chicks get poop stuck on their bottoms?" It might be tricky to get it off. We've treated it before but never on a bantam!
Advice would definitely be appreciated!

For me it was no different than a standard sized bird. Well - they may seem a little bit more frisky and squirmy due to the small size.
