I'm a New Chick Owner......lots of ???'s

Hi,

I live in Oregon and we have the largest slugs I've ever seen (4 + inches in some cases). My 2 1/2 week old girls are growing like crazy and I'm wondering at what age/size could I give them some of these slugs?
Any thoughts?

great question. I live on the Oregon Coast. We get come of those huge banana slugs. I know when chickens are older they will love to gobble those guys up. Chicks might not eat them until they get older, or they might tear it apart like a ribeye.
