(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Very new to chickens- but I want to learn all I can and hope to be very successful at raising my new babies and adding more. We got our 1st ones, Thursday 7/7/16.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? We are just starting out with a rooster & a hen. They are Red Rangers- **BUT WE DO NOT PLAN TO EAT THEM THEY ARE STRICTLY FOR PETS AND EGGS**
(3) What breeds do you have? Red Rangers, which were giving to us by my husband's grandparents because they have always had and raised chickens.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? Facebook & Google
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Spoiling my 4 English Bulldogs and arts and crafts and baking.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I am 38 & a stay at home wife, mother & on disability due to Fibromyalgia and some other personal problems, my hubby is a maintenance millwright and we have 4 kids between us ranging in age from 12 to 21.
