I'm confused but not worried...or should I be?

So I bought Americanus hens and one or two had an egg for 3 days and NOW NOTHING!!!!! There are roosters about and a nice coop with boxes kept clean. The threev new ones hang out with the low man on the totem pole in the enclosure (though it's open...what is happening herre?

I'm still a newbie, but from what I've read on this forum, there are a lot of reasons for hens to stop laying - stress from moving to a new home is 1 reason.
Maybe someone with more experience can help more.

Many times,, hens will quit laying due to stress of moves. Sometimes it can take 2 to 3 weeks before they are settled in and get back to laying.
They will start laying again but it might take some time.
