Well, we aren't going to move where we were going to move - after every heavy rain, the house sunk a little more/basement flooded.

Ok - I guess I'm "looking around" now, but, now I DO have DFiance's help.
I've been looking and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for - I may be typing in wrong.

Metcalfe County
Center, Ky - is it legal to have poultry inside of town?

I am just looking for small acreage/ small acreage w/housing right now.

I am asking about an acre of property residential - legal to have chickens?

It is unincorporated meaning they aren't part of any municipality. That usually means they are subject to any town laws...just county or state. I don't know if that helps though.

I'll sell you my 3 bedroom 2 bath on 1.488 acres in Tennessee

Inside of city limits, subject to city codes and ordinances; outside of city limes subject to county code/ordinances. I don't understand townships--I've never lived in a state that had them (heard about them for hte 1st time on here, not too long ago), but them seem to fit somewhere in between cities and counties as far as level of government goes.
