My own beloved Cavalier King Charles spaniel just came in with my favorite 7 week old silkie in her mouth, dead!! I can hardly look at her right now (she's locked in the kitchen). Does ANYONE have any advise for training small dogs to leave the chickens alone??? I have 2 cats and 2 dogs (both CKCS), both cats and my male CKCS pay very little attention to my chicken, but my female is obsessed. HELP!!!

Are you sure something else didn't kill it and mabe the dog is bringing it to you?
My dogs bring any thing that dies to the porch and leave it, guess they figurd out i would throw it on the fire for them.
