I'm new and looking for some DUCK info please.

My name is Leslie I live in Mariners Harbor, staten Island N.Y. With my husband and Daughter. We have 15 hens of mixed breeds and sizes. We would like to keep two ducks as well for eggs and do not know what breeds are best for children in an urban backyard.

from Alabama. Glad you joined us. We love our Indian Runners because they're great layers, but they're not always the friendliest breed. Khaki Campbells are another breed we have that are good egg layers & they're friendlier than the runners.
