I'm a new chicken mama this year to 6 lovable 6 week old pullets. This weekend they will be graduating to their nice big chicken coop that my sweetie built. I love reading everyone questions and answers they help so much with things I'm wondering. We are going to use a sand and gravel mix and in the nesting boxes pine shaving. These little girls are already spoiled rotten but I'm having so much fun with them.
