Hi im new to this, one of our hens thought she should be a mom to eggs that arent even hers nd now we have 7 chicks but we already have a rooster and he's really mean when it comes to other roosters but does anyone know how to tell if a chick is a boy or girl when there still chicks??? thnx

And have heard something bout checking the vent if there is a protruding something it is male. sorry not real helpful!
