Hey, I'm new on backyard Chickens! I want to tell a little about myself.
I have had chickens for 5 years, I also have turkeys, ducks, peacocks, and Guinea Fowl. I have around 250-300 chickens. I am hoping to eventually start up my own hatchery, any suggestions on the best way to start?

With over 250 chickens, plus the other fowl, I'd say that you've already "started"!
