I'm really worried about my Welsummer bantam.

I just got in about 40 minutes ago (been gone for the day) and as usual I checked in on the baby chicks. My little welsummer was acting strange & looked off so I picked her up & she was soaking wet & shaking! And chirping non stop, so I immediatley cupped her in my hands & got a blow dryer out & on a very low warm setting I slowly dryed her off, then continued to hold her & she still wont stop chirping. I also picked up my buff orpington b/c she & her are always together & I snuggled the two of them together to see if it would help calm her, but it didn't. I then put her back in to see if that would help, but she's still chirping non-stop

I don't know what happened, I'm guessing maybe she fell into the waterer but she's just acting SO off. Not walking well & constantly looking for comfort from the other chicks - she's had diareahh for the last 2 days, but just now I saw her poop and it's a lot more solid so that seems to be correcting itself. But I'm worried about her behavior now & I don't know how to comfort her so she'll stop chirping non-stop.

Any suggestions?

make sure she stays warm and maybe separate her from the others so if need be you can lower her heat lamp without causing the others discomfort. try giving her electrolytes in her water. do you feed them medicated feed?
