Life ALWAYS seems to give me lemons! I'm just getting so sick of it all.
This is what this month has brought:
Dealing with the broker on getting loan for new house, she is dragging her feet.
We built some stairs for the back of the house, since it was needed to get the loan underway.
Having to get a 3 week extension on the contract because of the broker.
Loan has still not gone to Rural development and that takes 8-10 days. We are supposed to close Friday.
Have to try for another extension.
And then today we were out at the new house ( it is bank owned) trying to find the property lines. And found out someone dumped a bunch of trash in the back yard, stole the air conditioner and the stairs we just built!
Can I just have an easy time for one!
On the bright side they have to replace it before we can close so no need to file for an extension again and the unit was only a/c not a heat pump, so maybe they will replace it with a heat pump. Also we did find the hardest to find corners marker.
