I work with all guys and one of the techs called in to get a work order number for unit he was servicing at a farm supply store that is over an hour away and i asked him if he had gotten his paperwork signed yet and he said no so he has to go in the store to get it signed and i asked him if he would see if they had any chicks and what kinds and he said he would

and call me back with all the talk and pics of the silkies I feel the need to add a few to my flock

the farm stores around here don't have much of a selection when it comes to breed variety but one of the girls at TSC yesterday said that her friend is hatching some eggs and may have some silkies and to check back with her next week and she also told me they have a trade day at a no so local fairground(45 minutes away) every monday morning but i have to drive 30-45 minutes to get anywhere it;s just the price I have to pay for living in a very rural community but i wouldn't have it any other way

You should come to one of the Florida Swap Events.... I know 100% for sure they will have silkies.
