my egg that i noticed pipped yesterday at 7.30am has been on the go literally all night, she has made quite a big whole but cant seem to get out (it doesnt look like a proper zip its much smaller, she may be resting now but im quite worried its been 24hrs scince i first seen the pip. my question is.
Above that egg there is an air hole its only small but i was wondering if i should put some wire down and gently take off bits of shell shes already cracked? or just wit. at the present moment there is no movement from the egg but she might be resting
I dont want her to die please help me.

I have tried to help before and it didn't go well. They have to absorb the rest of the yolk, perhaps it just isn't ready yet. It may be breathing just fine and resting for the zip. Let's see what others say.

i have 10 but only 3 have pipped an 1 zipped, ill be happy to get any tho..the other 3 have just started moving really

My first hatches I only got one or two out of a dozen. I live in a really humid area and had to switch to the dry incubation method, my last hatch I had 13 out of 17 hatch. I don't know if that would help you or not. What day are you on? 3 pipped and one zipped is great! Some people don't end up with any, so sounds like you are doing a great job!

Please just keep the 'bator closed, as they can dry out if you open it up.
