My dear game hen pure hatch was on 11 or 10 eggs now down to 5 because something ate some adn just this mornin i walked outside to feed the goat and i saw my pekin eggs eaten what is it oh and i dont want to make another add just for this should i get these? http://tricities.craigslist.org/grd/2300393912.html

I would say you most likely have a opossum that is an egg sucker. I would definitely get the Phoenix. It is a good deal.

You have full egg shells left or just remnants of shells? Opossums wont touch the shells, but skunks eat em like theyre potato chips lol.

yes there are tons of egg shells all the stuff is gone atleast it isint a bird eater but i bet it will be when the eggs are gone!

Is this a good way to quarintine i build a round wire cage put a top on some plastic on top for rain cover and i cut out a door in front would that be a good way to quarintine i put the cage away from the rest of them so when i get there i should go over the basic chicken health test (check over the chicken)!

if the shells are chewed, you may have a skunk, and Im not sure you wanna corner it. LMAO! My mom decided she had enuf of the skunks stealing oats from our horse. She got sprayed twice and, yeah I got her cases of tomato uice. She reeked for a good year lol.
