impacted crop ?? I'm not sure Red Breast and swolen

Hi My easter egger has a red breast that swollen. I've read a lot about impacted crop sour crop but I haven't seen anyone say that the skin on the breast is red and warmish. Does any one have any ideas. I tried giving her water and a lot of massage turned her over and massaged but nothing came out. I did this a few times but not a drop. I isolated her and she is still pooping. gave her a bowl of water and a bowl of yogurt. I'm going to try some olive oil today too. She doesn't seem to be too bothered by this maybe I should just leave her alone .

Can you post some pictures that would be helpful?
Does her breath have a sour smell?
Does the crop feel swollen or is it the breast?

Have you checked her for mites/lice?
Does she roost or lay down in the coop?
Could be breast blister.
