Impacted crop

I am pretty sure one of my girls has an impacted crop. I separated her 2 days ago after I noticed her crop was large one morning. When I picked her up to check her it was very hard feeling. I have been giving her water with olive oil and some poultry grit. I have been massaging her a few times a day as well. Now on day 3 of just being on water, her crop hasn't changed much. What else can I try? I am hoping to not have to cull her..but it may come to that.

Thank you!!! I am now going to try the dulcolax and epsom salts. And I bookmarked it for future if I should ever need it again.
