Hi everybody! Gosh I just logged on and have missed you all! I need to know where the good poultry shows are going to be this year.

I have a friend who would like to bring some of his products to them and neither he nor I have any idea of how to find this information. I know I saw a list somewhere----sometime, but couldn't find it in all my internet mess.

My friend is your friend too... he is Resolution. And he could use some help. He has been so good to us giving so much of his time and his information, wouldn't it be great to be able to give a little back?

Can someone help me with this? I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!!

It's kind of hard to tell what are good shows just from the ads. There are some local shows with 1500-2500 birds that are really good. Of course opinions will vary on what makes a good show.

Maybe shart a thread asking what shows everyone is going to and why.

My list:

Avoca, IA (early, good amount of birds--double show)
Belvidere, IL (Really nice set up, good birds there, tough to get good condtion that time of year, feels a lot like Ohio Nationals, 1500+ birds)
Ohio Nationals (Awesome show, great competition, meet a lot of great people, excellent breeding stock available)
EIPA Iowa City, IA (2000 birds, My Associations show, birds are in great condition, everyone brings excellent quality--great competition for my Breeds)
Shawnee, OK (APA nationals, haven't been before but have heard good things, MGB National this year)

Thank you so much! I will do that! Plus I really would like to know where the shows are. I have never been to a quality show and that is on my list of things to do before I leave this world.

Thank you for posting! I really appreciate you taking the time out to do that for me! I know people are busy and I honestly appreciate your effort.
