My dad's muscovy hen has started laying eggs again. She's laid 5 so far (at a rate of 1 a day). Not sure when the first was laid. I ordered an incubator and want to incubate and hatch them. My questions are: can I leave them with her in the nest till it gets here? Also, how long after they're originally laid before incubating won't hatch them? Like I said there's 5 right now and i'm not sure when the first was laid, do I still have a good chance of hatching them?

You can store them for 1-12 or so days before incubating them.

I think muscovy eggs need incubation for 35 days right?

Yes you can if she is a good broody but be aware that when you get your incubator it must be working for 24 hours before putting the eggs in.
