Yes..Older ones are bossy to young Ducklings.

That makes me sad. I was hoping since there was only a 2 week age difference it wouldn’t be a problem Oh well, people get new ducks all the time taking them away from their original clutch and they turn out ok. Just hate to make any of my duckies sad or stressed.

You could suggest to the new owner that he put a chicken wire separator in the brooder so that the ducks see each other, but can't pick at each other.
