In need of advice!:)

Any advice is much appreciated regarding my 3 month old black bearded Silkie named Basil please. I saved her a couple weeks ago because she is hadicapped and unwanted.. she has issues with her legs & feet from when she was born I was told. Her legs go out (spraddle leg?) and her toes are all deformed and going in different directions. When I first got her those were her only issues.. a couple weeks later she seems to not be able to really walk now and her legs were going up over her head and she couldn't steady herself. She has a great appetite & drinks water fine, I just have to prop her up so she can reach her food.. Anyone ever see this before & know what I can do to help her? She has stopped putting her legs above her head and is trying to stand now...
