In need of some big coop plans!

Hi! So we are moving and since this is going to be our last house this is going to be our last chicken coop! I am looking for something that will hold around 20-30 birds.. I am wanting it to be like a huge run, maybe with a 3 sided shed on the end for nesting and roosting.. show me what you got!!

Someone in Canada ill have different needs than someone in Texas for example.

Our plan, once our house is in place, is to get a free/cheap if you move it yourself metal carport off Craigslist and use that as a covered run to go with the new chicken coop we're going to build.
We was going to do that, but didn’t want to spend that much on the Carport
