Is it ok to breed mother and sun, father an daughter etc

Yes, it is just fine. Chicken's aren't mammals. The father over daughter, or son over mother is just fine and, in fact, is pretty much what a lot of folks do. I'm not so much a fan of brother/sister match-ups, as I don't think it gets you anywhere. Just my 2 pennies worth.
