Hello

Has anyone used Inca Piperazine Poultry Pigeon & Pig Wormer? We've got 4 bantams, 11 weeks old.

The dosage reccomended is 60mL Piperazine in 5L water per 100 birds.

I have 4 birds. How would I calculate for 4 birds in 500ml of water? My math is horrible

6 ml to 17 oz or 502 ml.

I converted liters to ounces by asking Alexa, and then divided both numbers by 10. Then asked Alexa how many ml were in 17 ounces. :)

Piperazine will kill maybe 80% of roundworms, and nothing else. So not useful unless only roundworms are present, and then won't get all of them anyway.
And piperazine is not approved for laying hens in the USA.
If you aren't in the USA, rules may be different.
Fenbendazole is a lot more broad spectrum, so much more useful in the USA.
