Incubating 18 eggs one just hatched now what

Afternoon from a wet and windy Dorset...Here is my question to anyone who can help I have 18 eggs in an incubator one egg has just hatched.this being day 19 of our clutch! This chick is climbing all over the other eggs is that ok for unhatched eggs getting shoved around..and is it ok to put one little chick into brooder tomorrow all by its self.

You can take him out if he's dry. He should have some company soon- but some people say that having the chicks peep and bounce into the other eggs stimulates them to start hatching too. Either way- you'll be fine. Congrats!

I would leave the little one in there a bit, it isn't going to hurt him or the eggs
