I have a question for the more experienced here. I have another post with a photo asking whether you all thought what I was seeing was correct with one of my eggs as to whether it was a set of twins or not. We are incubating for the first time and have 12 healthy duck eggs from our own ducks. Tonight I had another look and the little embryos were super active so had a good chance to see the embryos moving about. I now have confirmation that we have atleast...yes atleast 5 sets of twins out of those 12 eggs! I sat atleast because a few of the eggs a little more advanced so it was hard to tell whether there was one or two. How is this even possible??? The odds are astronomical are they not???? I thought this was kind of rare? I know the odds of both living are not good :( due to oxygen supply plus that other duckling not being able to turn itself to pip. I'm at a loss as to what to even do besides just wait it out and do my best but just wondering if anyone else has encountered this or has had any success at hatching twins???? Any advice at all would be much appreciated.
Thank you
Sheri

wow! that was great :) I can imagine how nerve wracking this is going to be with 5 sets
