Generally speaking they should be fine regarding humidity. However there are some other things to take into consideration. With the full week before the others hatch the incubator could become a point of contamination, hatching is messy and chicks start pooping pretty soon after hatch. The ones that hatch can kick the other eggs around quite a bit in a lot of incubator styles. I do staggered hatches, what I do is make a cardboard ring to surround the less developed eggs and place a paper towel under the eggs that are about to hatch, to absorb most of the egg moisture and poop. However, I usually don't stagger them quite that far apart, usually just a couple days.
If you take out the eggs what would you do with them?
