Incubating Brown Leghorn Buckeye crosses

I'd like to try some of my Brown Leghorn hen's eggs in the incubator. She has been with my Buckeye Roo, so I'm wondering if this cross would create a good layer and if they would lay brown eggs? Has anyone tried this cross?

That should be an interesting cross, it should be a good layer since Buckeyes are decent layers and Leghorns are usually quite good ones, they should lay light brown eggs and the birds should have peacombs.

That's what I'm hoping for. I think they should be good foragers as well, so my feed/egg ratio could be pretty decent. I like my leghorn hen for her laying, but I prefer the brown eggs and the pea comb. Thanks for the input =)
