Incubating dirty eggs after mother quits

Hello all, I had a broody hen sitting on some eggs and more eggs in an incubator. My broody quit after only one egg hatched. There are four more eggs that I think were fertile and growing. A rotten egg exploded on them and they are smelly. My incubator eggs are three days behind the broody's eggs. Will I be endangering my incubator eggs if I put the four smelly eggs in with them (not touching)? Or should I just throw away the eggs that got dirtied? Thanks for any help!

Did you candle the broody eggs? it were me and they looked good candling I would sanitize the dirty eggs with peroxide or hypochlous spray. They’re far enough along that having their bloom washed off won’t mess up their moisture loss while incubating.

I agree with dinoroar. It should be safe to put them in after disinfecting.
