Incubating egg day 4

I've started incubating duck eggs 4 days ago. I candled one of them and saw this(picture). I am not sure if this egg is healthy, or infertile... This picture was taken on day 4 of incubating. Can someone help me figure out how this egg is doing??

Day four is real early to judge, especially duck eggs I would think. Chickens eggs are a week less incubation than most duck eggs and even them at day 4 is too early to make a sound judgement. For me, it's easier to tell what is going on when you candle from the top, (at the air cell) down into the egg. Right now, I don't see veining, but it could be the pic or that it's just too early. Are you handturning the eggs?

Note: If you started incubating 4 days ago, meaning you set the egg four days ago, then technically you are only on day 3 because you do not count the day you set. You start counting 24 hours after you set. They need one day's worth of incubation to be considered at day one of incubation.

Yes, I am hand turning the eggs three times a day; in the morning, at noon, and right before I sleep. My other egg has a tiny air sac, but this one I couldn't tell. That's why I was a little concerned. I will candle tomorrow with the egg placed vertically. I've already candled the eggs twice already today so I do not want to disturb them too much:/ I hope to see some veining in the eggs by tomorrow if the egg is really fertile and healthy.
