Incubating eggs for the second time any tips

If day of set is day 0, should someone set the day of the week before they would like the hatch to happen? So if you want a Sun hatch, should you set on Sat morning?

The day you set is day 0
Also use accurate and calibrated thermo and hydrometer to check your temp and humidity. (Use a couple of them) ..dont trust the incubators.

Edit: forgot to ask, did you have issues the first time?
