I am new on this thread, but I have a question. My pekin duck was laying on a dozen eggs. One of them hatched and I suspected she killed it when it hatched. (I don't know how long she had been sitting on each egg) so I moved them to my incubator. 1 egg hatched and I have a beauty. The power went out for a couple hours and the eggs were losing heat fast. I moved the eggs to a broody hen. Have I harmed them by moving them? I feel terrible having to move them like that but I felt I had no choice since the power was going to be out that long. Thank you for any advise.
