If it's only 3 days then I'd leave them at home. Even if the humidity drops for those 3 days I do not believe it would effect the development in the long run. The average humidity throughout incubation is what really matters.
Check out dry hatching, it works just as well as wet hatching IMO. Of course the best methods can depend on your environment and incubator.
