Incubating eggs

I have a square styrofoam incubator that holds up to 30 eggs. What is the correct temperature to monitor?

Are you using a still air or a forced air incubator? For forced air incubators, the temperature needs to be around 99-99.5 degrees Fahrenheit, but 99.5 *F is most ideal. For still air incubators the temperature should be about 101-102 *F.
