So I've been googling picures and doing my research. I have 11 standard mix breed eggs and 6 bantams sebrights. The issue I'm having is 3 of the sebright eggs are far too small for my candling light. Anyways all the eggs look good it's day 4 (count down 17 days left) egg turner, fan, humidity everything has been perfect. Of the eggs 9 of the standards I can see veins forming, 2 are too dark/thick to see but I can see enough to know the yoke has expanded (all tan and green eggs) 3 of the sebright eggs I can see veins but the other 3 are slightly smaller then the first 3 and I can't see anything but yellow, they are just small enough that there is light escaping all around them. I'm not saying they are super small they are close enough that you can't tell the difference in size unless your holding both in your hand. It's just where the one fits just bearly perfect to the candling light the other is just that much to small for the candling light.
Should i give those 3 a few more days? how many days? Or are they failures (possibly infertile)? They look so yellow to me like the pictures of days 1 and 2 before development gets started, but I'm just not sure if it's me or the light as these are the only ones I can't candle properly.
