I have 21 eggs. The guinea started sitting on them last Fri. She sat them Fri and Sat then something, I'm thinking fox, got her. I took out the eggs and put them in a carton. Now I don't know how old the eggs actually are. There were about 25 so I'd say she'd been laying them for a few weeks prior to sitting them. Plus, they were on the porch and it did get down into the 30s here last night.

I candled them and they looked "clear". Keeping in mind it's the first time I've ever candled eggs. My incubator came yesterday.

So....should I put them in and try to hatch them? Or is it too late?

Since she had already started setting on them and now there's been several days without being incubated I'd say it's too late for them. I guess you could always put them in the incubator just in case.

That's what I figured. Guess I'll just have to order me some.
