Incubating in an egg carton - Development question-

When you have the eggs in the eggs carton, small point down, is it normal for the first veining to be near the air sac? When I candled I noticed that most of the babies are at the top of the egg near the air sac.
 
That is perfectly normal, mine are always like that and I use an auto turner.
 
same here, i use cartons and turners and veins are at top. normal in my book!

same here also! I've done every one of my hatches like this and the veins always start by the air sac
