hey so this batch of quail eggs are still moving and the chick has taken up the egg when I check so I'm assuming movement means its still alive but tomorrow will be a week late and temp and humidity have stayed correct throughout and one looks to be internally pipped and if their still alive should they still hatch and what more can I do?

Pretty much all you can do is wait. What kind of quail? Can you post a picture of the candled egg? What temperature is the incubator?

Do you have an external thermometer? The incubator ‘can be right’ even though it is way off, I tried one that said 99.6 and was running 105 (that will kill eggs). Coturnix have a 17 day incubation (21 with a cold incubator), new world quail (bobwhite, etc) are much longer.

hey just wondering if kebonnix or zohoko are good and okay for coturnix qauil eggs
