incubating with high humidity... will they hatch?

i was hoping that someone could tell me how their hatches turned out when they couldn't get the humidity down in the first couple weeks of incubation. I'm on day 20 and watching for pips. I've go them in cartons and humidity is 65%, but the aircells weren't very large when I candled a couple of days ago.

Why couldnt U get the humidity down? Did U remove any of the water?
