I have red golden pheasants eggs in the incubator and today is day 23 I can not see any movement or piping! Is that normal?

Have you candled them? Can you see babies in there?

They take 24-25 days to hatch.

So I have 2 red golden eggs left in incubator day 27. I did the water test and the eggs were both low floaters but no movement. ???

They should be hatched by now but if you put the eggs in the water you will drown the chicks. Have you candled them to see anything inside. If the chicks are full size you won't really see any movement in the eggs. Also if you can see the veins and they don't stop is another way you can tell. Did any of the other eggs hatch, if you put them all in the incubator at the same time they normally hatch within 1-2 days of each other.

I put 4 eggs at the same time and 2 of them hatched a few days ago...
