I just started eggs to incubating and was wondering if there was a certain day to turn my auto turner off or just wait till the day they hatch

Day 18, you need to completely remove them from the turner- take the turner out of the incubator- then place them on the wire grate (if your incubator has one) and let them be until hatch, just increase humidity. Good luck! Can you imagine them hatching while in the turner? That would get ugly :-)

x2 I strongly believe the turner needs to come right out at lockdown on day 18. When you lock down all turning stops and you up the humidity. The turners are good places for little tiny chick legs to get caught in and hurt.
