Lots of times I have babies hatch over a 3 day period. It is not unheard of to have babies hatch on day 25.
It also kinda depends on when your babies started hatching. If they started on day 19-20... then at 23 days you might be getting to the end of it. If they started hatching on day 22... I would definitely give them a few more day.
Me, personally... after the 1st babies are out by about 30 hrs, I snatched them out QUICKLY and move them to a brooder. I restore the heat and HUMIDITY in the hatcher QUICKLY by using a hair dryer and a spray bottom. ... making sure spray does not get on eggs. .. Now, this is me personally. I do this for the sportsman. If I am using my small brinsea and r-com I don't bother with the hair dryer and spray as the temp and humidity come back up very quickly.
