So I put some eggs in the incubator about 7 days ago and changed the temp a day late, will that affect anything? I don't think so but what do you think?

Shouldn't ... Why did you change the temp? What is your Temp? Humidity?

You can candle at 7days, 14 days & 18days checking the air sac & development. Lockdown at 18 days

Shouldn’t be a problem. You can check your eggs here at Day 7 and check for signs of development. That should be visible by today.😊

I have an in which I have hatched eggs from before, I have to change the temp and humidity during incubation to get them to hatch. So far I haven't had a problem with it, anyway I candled my eggs and there is life!!! I just wanted to see if it would make a difference if I changed it late, thank you:)

So a bit of an experiment to see if it changed anything. Usually, I candle the eggs on day 7. Iffy eggs get checked again on day 10. I do a day 14th if day 10 was not clear. Then I wait till lockdown to candle before I put them into lockdown.
